This is a follow on course for beginners or for those who are just starting out on the road. Different road and traffic situations will be covered as well as some country riding. All aspects of hazard awareness, effects of weather and road conditions on you and your machine, attitudes and observation will be covered. Radio equipment is always used enabling the student to learn in a safe and stress free environment.
The course is again around six hours but can be tailored to suit a student's specific need or to work on a general area if the student desires.
It can be a steep learning curve but is guaranteed to be a bit of fun. The aim and objective of this course is to get the student to think and observe and to be comfortable riding a motorcycle in any enviironment.
The school bike is available for hire or bring your own. You will be asked to produce your learner permit and, if riding your own bike, to sign a form stating that the machine is legal, taxed and insured.
